Services

Continuum Strategy provides business support, operations support, workflow support, systems setup, administrative support, tech support, physical admin support, and related services.

All service engagements are subject to the specific proposal, scope of work, contract, invoice, checkout page, or written agreement provided for that service.

If there is a conflict between these website Terms and a signed service agreement, the signed service agreement will control for that specific engagement.

Submitting a form, booking a call, sending an email, or visiting this website does not create a client relationship. A client relationship is only created when both parties agree to work together through a written agreement, proposal, invoice, contract, or other confirmed service arrangement.

Business Support and Systems Support

Our business support and systems-related services may include administrative support, inbox or calendar support, workflow organization, SOP creation, project coordination, CRM support, automation support, documentation, tool setup, and related operational support.

We make reasonable efforts to provide thoughtful, accurate, and organized support. However, you understand that business operations depend on many factors outside of our control, including third-party platforms, client-provided information, approvals, timing, access permissions, and changes made by software providers.

You are responsible for reviewing and approving business decisions, final deliverables, client-facing communications, financial information, legal information, and any materials that affect your business before they are used, published, sent, or relied upon.

Tech Support Services

Continuum Strategy may offer remote or local tech support services, including general troubleshooting, device support, software support, setup assistance, cleanup, maintenance, data transfer support, backup support, or related technical help.

Tech support services are provided based on the information, access, and equipment available at the time of service. We cannot guarantee that every technical issue can be resolved, that data can always be recovered, that future issues will not occur, or that a device, software, account, network, or system will perform without interruption.

You are responsible for backing up important data before any tech support work begins. You are also responsible for ensuring that you have the legal right and proper authorization to provide access to any device, account, software, network, or system involved in the service.

We are not responsible for issues caused by pre-existing device problems, malware, hardware failure, software conflicts, unsupported systems, third-party outages, expired licenses, user error, lack of backups, or changes made after service is completed.

Physical Admin Support

Continuum Strategy may offer physical or offline administrative support, including mail preparation, organizing paper records, digitizing documents, preparing client gifts, assembling welcome kits, sending cards, organizing receipts, packaging, mailing coordination, or similar support.

You are responsible for providing accurate instructions, names, addresses, deadlines, materials, approvals, and any required permissions. We are not responsible for delays caused by incomplete information, shipping carriers, third-party vendors, weather, incorrect addresses, supply delays, missed approvals, or other issues outside of our control.

We reserve the right to decline physical admin tasks that involve unsafe, illegal, regulated, confidential, inappropriate, or high-risk materials.

Digital Products and Downloads

Continuum Strategy may offer digital products, templates, guides, checklists, workbooks, downloads, or other digital resources.

Unless otherwise stated, digital products are for your personal use or internal business use only. You may not copy, resell, redistribute, share, sublicense, reproduce, modify for resale, or claim our digital products as your own.

Due to the nature of digital products, all digital product sales are final unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase. If you have trouble accessing a digital product, please contact us so we can help resolve the issue.

Payments, Refunds, and Cancellations

Payment terms for services, products, packages, retainers, intensives, project work, or digital products will be listed in the applicable proposal, invoice, contract, checkout page, or written agreement.

You agree to pay all fees according to the payment terms provided. Late payments, missed payments, cancellations, refunds, and rescheduling policies may vary depending on the service or product purchased.

Unless otherwise stated in writing, service payments are not automatically refundable once work has begun, time has been reserved, or access to deliverables, strategy, templates, systems, digital materials, or service capacity has been provided.

Client Responsibilities

When working with Continuum Strategy, you agree to provide accurate information, timely communication, necessary access, requested materials, approvals, and feedback needed to complete the work.

You are responsible for:

  • Reviewing work before use, publication, or distribution

  • Making final business decisions

  • Providing accurate login details, files, deadlines, addresses, and instructions

  • Maintaining backups of important data

  • Ensuring you have permission to share any third-party information

  • Complying with laws, platform rules, contracts, and business obligations that apply to you

  • Approving final materials, communications, workflows, automations, and deliverables before relying on them

We are not responsible for delays, errors, missed deadlines, incomplete work, or unintended outcomes caused by missing information, delayed approvals, inaccessible accounts, platform outages, third-party issues, inaccurate information, or decisions made by you or your team.
