How It Started
Continuum Strategy grew from the foundation of Off Your Desk Co., a virtual assistant business built on resilience, trust, and real behind-the-scenes support.
In 2015, our founder, Randi Conti, discovered the world of virtual assistance through a national agency. She quickly fell in love with the work: the problem-solving, the organizing, the client relationships, and the relief that comes from helping someone finally feel supported. Six months later, that agency suddenly went bankrupt. Overnight, more than 400 virtual assistants were out of work.
What could have been the end of the story became the beginning of something else. Those same assistants came together to support one another. They shared resources, exchanged client leads, helped each other find work, and proved that the right support system can change everything.
From that experience, Randi Judge Consulting was born. As the business grew, the work evolved into Off Your Desk Co., which officially became an LLC in 2019.
What started as virtual assistant support has grown into something deeper: business systems, workflow strategy, operational support, and practical structure for people and businesses with a lot of moving parts. That evolution is what became Continuum Strategy.
Where We Are Now
Today, Continuum Strategy provides business support, workflow organization, systems setup, and operational support for small businesses, nonprofits, service providers, executives, and busy households. We still believe in dependable virtual assistant support. Sometimes you really do just need someone to help with the inbox, calendar, research, scheduling, follow-ups, or the admin tasks that keep piling up.
